About Scott:

Scott was a three sport athlete in high school and continued his baseball career at Beloit College in Beloit, WI.  At Beloit, Scott began to discover the benefits of strength training, something he attributes his successful career to.  When he graduated from Beloit in 1999, Scott owned or shared 17 career and single season records, many of which still stand today.  He was the college’s first baseball player to receive All-Midwest Region honors, and played in the Netherlands with a collegiate all-star team in the summer of 1998.

After spending two years as a personal trainer, Scott has turned his attention to youth fitness and athletic development.  He is certified as a Youth Fitness Specialist and a Youth Speed & Agility Specialist by the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA).  The IYCA is the premier international authority with respect to athletic development and youth participant-based conditioning. They validate research and provide appropriate examples of practical application for working with young athletes and youth participants at large.

In addition to his training, Scott is an assistant baseball coach at Kishwaukee College in Malta, IL and oversees their strength and conditioning programs.
