Cody plays for the Bethany Lutheran Vikings.  He is the number one pitcher in their 2009-2010 rotation.  Cody transferred from Minnesota State University where he was recruited by Dean Bowyer in 2007.  While at Minnesota State University Cody was named North Central Conference player of the week and lettered his freshman year for Minnesota State.

In high school, Hallahan attended Glencoe Silver Lake where he lettered three years for the Panthers baseball team. Cody was nominated to the All-State, All-Section, and Sub-Section teams. He was also selected All-Conference during his senior season. In that same year, he was named class 2A Player of the Year for the State of Minnesota.

Among his countless awards, Hallahan helped lead the Panthers to a second place finish in state with a 10 - 0 record, a 1.2 Earned Run Average, and threw a no-hitter during the sub-section playoffs.

Cody currently also is a player with the Green Isle Irish Class B baseball team where he plays outfield and pitches.

Cody’s coaching career started in 2009 when he was an assitant to the Holy family Fire VFW team.   His primary duties there were as 3rd base coach and pitching coach.

I am extremely excited about the addition of Cody to our staff. "Cody is a proven winner who has excelled at every level where he has played.  He brings much needed high level college pitching experience to our young staff and should have a big impact on MCB right off the bat."
